Shedder Graham took his two grandsons to Preston Park and the Museum complex (via Butterfly World). In the Museum was a new exhibit relating to a wood carving club locally. Some of their work was displayed.
In another room sat about 10 people who were working through trays of printers’ type to clean them. Seemed like Community Punishment to Graham but the boys learnt a bit about what was real in the days before computers.
Graham also had contact from Scarborough and Rydale Community Cycling which uses part of the Old Prison in Scarborough as a storage base. Take a look on their web site: www.srcommunitycycling.co.uk
